How to use this tool
  1. 1Enter wing geometry and the cruise condition (velocity, altitude).
  2. 2List the masses on board (airframe, fuel, pilot, …).
  3. 3Press Solve trim — we find the α that makes lift balance weight.
Defaults are a 740 kg light aircraft at 55 m/s and 1500 m. Hit Use defaults and Solve.
